In this role, you will have opportunity to act for a diverse client base including some PLCs, UK subsidiaries, large private limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs and partnerships. The quality of work is second to none.
Whilst assisting on substantial transactions, you will also manage your own caseload and have the opportunity to develop client relationships.
The team is recognised for its technical expertise but also providing commercially astute and pragmatic advice.
Typical instructions include:
- Mergers, acquisitions and finance
- MBOs and MBIs
- Group and company re-structuring
- Partnership and shareholder agreements
- Joint venture and collaboration agreements
- Commercial contracts and trading agreements
- Supply, agency and distribution agreements
- IT, E-Commerce & Telecoms
Open minded in its approach and able to recognise talent and potential, applications are welcomed from niche, regional, national or international practices. Previous experience (ideally not less than 18 months’) in corporate and/or commercial law instructions are essential. Strong academics (ordinarily 2:1 degree and above) are required.
