A key, strategic opportunity has arisen requiring a highly experienced civil litigator.

This is a non-fee earning role with responsibility for direction and leadership across a wide-ranging department.   Together with commercial awareness and gravitas, the management team is looking for someone who shares their values, has a growth mind-set and commitment to people, clients and community. 

The successful appointee will be an experienced people manager, who instils confidence and develops performance.  

We would be delighted to hear from astute lawyers, who have with energy and with proven skills in financial and operational management including: 

•    Financial management and budgeting
•    Day-to-day management of departments
•    Recruitment, training, mentoring and career development plans 
•    Implementation and monitoring of risk and compliance and procedures 
•    Conduct/co-ordinate performance and file reviews  
•    Marketing and Business Development 

This practice has offices throughout the North West and flexible and remote working can also be accommodated.
