Our client enjoys a well-established and enviable reputation in Construction Law.  The team as a whole is thriving but for strategic reasons, it is looking to further bolster the team in Manchester.  If you are looking to play a pivotal role then this may well be the perfect opening – the opportunity to lead a local team in the North West, but with the wider support of an acclaimed practice.

The Construction Group comprises several market-leading individuals and offers a breadth and depth of expertise which is second to one. Operating across a range of jurisdictions, the team is able to advise clients on all aspects of their construction projects, from development and finance, procurement and execution, and on to project close out. The team advises on all standard forms of contracts (private and public sector) and produces bespoke agreements. At a regional, national and international level, the team represent clients in all forms of dispute resolution.   It is very active in the infrastructure, regeneration, development and energy sectors.

Essential to this appointment is the gravitas, drive and ability of the person appointed.  Due to the expertise of the wider team, a flexible approach can be taken and applications are welcome from construction specialists, who wish to maintain a general practice, or have a preference/niche in either projects or disputes and litigation, or wish to take a key sector(s) approach.

Remuneration will be tailored to individual expertise and business offering.  This is a profitable, progressive and professionally managed practice.   To attract and retain high calibre lawyers and professional support staff, the firm provides excellent remuneration and an extensive flexible benefits package together with flexibility and autonomy.
