Reflecting the varied client base, the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team is instructed on a wide range of matters, of varying complexity and value. Typical instructions include:

• Commercial Trading and Contract Disputes
• Contract Disputes
• Shareholder and Partnership disputes
• Negligence claims including professional negligence
• Misrepresentation and Agency Claims
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Employment Settlement Agreements

As part of a cohesive team, and working closely with the head of department, you will receive excellent mentoring. The nature of the role is expected to appeal to a litigation lawyer with 2-5yrs' relevant experience.
