The nature of the role requires a qualified lawyer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILX) or someone approaching qualification with not less than two years’ relevant experience.  You will enjoy managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion. Typical instructions include:

•    Transfers of Equity 
•    Shared ownership 
•    New Build 
•    Mortgage and Re-mortgage  

The firm as a whole is instructed by a diverse range of local and regional businesses, private individuals and landed clients in the North Wales area. Working as part of a team, you will also be involved in networking and developing trusted relationships with local agents, contacts and referrers.  In this role, you will also work closely with colleagues in the commercial, agricultural, private client and matrimonial teams.
